In order to ensure the best possible experience for you, we do everything to mitigate any risk during your online experience with us.

All orders placed on our set are scheduled for shipping immediately. Orders placed cannot be canceled. Please take the time to ensure your order is correct before checking out. Please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible, so we may do our very best to address any mistakes. 

In the unlikely event, an item has been damaged during shipping, we will send out a replacement to the original address. We will cover your loss if your package is lost or stolen during shipment.

Refunds or Cancellations are not offered because of situations we are not in control of. 

                                                  Returns/Exchanges

If you would like to request a return or exchange, Lorenzo Ladena Customer Support must be contacted within 14 days of delivery.

Please ensure you order the correct size before purchase.

All returned merchandise must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned with original tags and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected by the Lorenzo Ladena processing center, approved exchanges will be shipped to the original delivery address.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
